INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM ENGINEERING PROGRAM

 

STUDENT OUTCOMES (Year 2008 – 2013)

a.   Ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering to solve problems in the Industrial Engineering field.

b.   Ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret data, results.

c.   Ability to design a system, a component of system or a process of meeting desired needs.

d.   Ability to work effectively in inter-disciplinary teams:

-   Leading, planning, operating teams. Getting involved and cooperating.

-   Writing report and sharing work experience.

-   Handling conflicts.

-   Discussing in groups, proposing innovative ideas.

e.   Ability to identify, express and solve technical problems:

-   Applying tools of the Industrial System Engineering to plan, operate, innovate manufacture system, service, logistics system and supply chain.

-   Identifying and expressing problems in Industrial System Engineering in quantitative language in Mathematics and Engineering.

f.    Good understanding of professions, responsibilities and ethics in career.

g.   Ability to communicate effectively:

-   Describing and presenting effectively, clearly problems in Industrial System Engineering.

-   Conveying and applying solutions to problems from various sources in system.

-   Acquiring TOEIC score of 450 points at least.

h.   Ability to understand influences of engineering solutions in socialization and globalization context.

i.     Ability to be aware of the need for and to participate in lifelong learning.

j.    Being equipped with broad knowledge about contemporary issuses, approaching and mastering update technologies based on knowledge, skills acquired in theoretical and practical subjects at university.

k.   Ability to utilize modern engineering tools in solving engineering practice

-   General Computing and Object-oriented programming language

-   Managing data base, collecting, systhesizing and analysing data.

 

-   Modern simulation techniques.
